During Paul’s third missionary journey, he encountered some individuals in the city of Berea which received commendation, because after hearing his preaching they “…searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so” (Acts 17:11). At the Ozark congregation, we seek to follow the example of the noble Bereans and encourage others to do likewise. We hope the sermons given from our pulpit are foundations upon which individuals can study further on their own, to prove what they hear in the service to to deepen their personal Bible study. To this end, we seek to make notes and outlines available when possible to assist our members and others with studying the topics presented at the worship services.
